We know that one disadvantage to purchasing items on the web is the lack of a way to return them easily if necessary. Well, Fine Feathered Friends has taken the headache out returns! You may return any unused product in its original condition to us within 30 days. The actual shipping charges are not refundable unless, of course, you are returning merchandise we shipped in error or damaged merchandise. You are responsible for the shipping charges involved with returning the merchandise except in cases of damaged goods or items we filled in error. If you are returning damaged goods or items that were shipped in error, then we will refund the cost of the shipping to you once we receive the goods.

That's it! Your refund will be issued through PAYPAL by e-mail when we receive the package. If you sent in a check, we will issue your refund via check.
You must report damaged items Within 48 hrs. of delivery!
We will handle the problem to your satisfaction! If the carton looks damaged upon receipt from Federal Express, please inspect the contents before the driver leaves or call Federal Express to file a claim. If your claim does not involve delivery, please give us a call at 503-939-5405 or e-mail us at: winginit1@comcast.net and we will work with you to take care of the situation via a replacement or refund. If you are returning something because it is damaged, Fine Feathered Friends will pay for all extra shipping involved.
