Currently we are exclusively an internet bird store. We offer local delivery as well as nationwide shipping. We deliver free of charge in the Portland Metro area with a minimum purchase of $30.00. Delivery dates can be arranged on an individual basis. Let us know what is convenient for you. Because Paypal’s shopping cart is not set up to select different delivery methods, your order for local delivery will have shipping charges included in the total. These charges will be refunded at the time of delivery. Our delivery area includes Beaverton, Tigard, Aloha, Portland, Gresham, Hillsboro, Oregon City, and Vancouver. Out of handfeeding formula? Emergency deliveries available. We also deliver to Rose City Exotic Bird Club meetings free of charge with no minimum order required. Shipping: We ship with Federal Express and the United States Postal Service. If your order is less than one pound or can be fit into a flat rate box, it will be shipped USPS – Priority. Shipping. Federal Express or USPS Ground can take 7 to 10 days for delivery. If you have not received your order in this amount of time please e-mail us. Unless you have requested your delivery be signed for, we are not responsible for lost shipments once Federal Express or USPS has shown them as delivered. We will help you file a claim.
